Actions
- Start a candidate search in ZoomInfo TalentOS, click on the ZoomInfo Engage tab at the top right corner and select “Access Engage.”
- Log in using your ZoomInfo TalentOS credentials.
- Click on the ‘New’ button on the top right and select “Talent flow.”
- Fill out the required information on the “New Talent flow” pop-up.
- Select the type of outreach:
- If you want to use email, include the messaging and additional details required.
- If you want to do a call, include the script and other necessary information.
- Repeat the process until you’ve built out a candidate outreach sequence that works. Test and tweak content as necessary.
- Once you finish building your sequence, you will be able to directly add candidates to your ‘Talent flow’ from ZoomInfo TalentOS and the ZoomInfo Reachout Chrome extension.
